Training Terms & Conditions – Amaisè Clinic (UK)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses provided by Amaisè Clinic (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, paying for, or attending any training course, the trainee (“you”, “the delegate”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Training

All training provided by Amaisè Clinic is for educational purposes only. Completion of a course does not constitute a qualification, licence, or certification to practise, nor does it guarantee competence, insurance approval, employment, or commercial success.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you:
•Hold appropriate insurance
•Meet professional, regulatory, and legal requirements
•Are competent and confident before performing any treatment independently

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amaisè Clinic shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost, expense, or adverse outcome arising from or connected to any treatment or procedure carried out by you after completion of training.

This includes, but is not limited to:
•Clinical complications or adverse reactions
•Unsatisfactory treatment results
•Client complaints or claims
•Regulatory, insurance, or legal consequences
•Financial loss, reputational damage, or loss of earnings

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.

3. Responsibility After Training

Once training has concluded, all treatments performed by you are undertaken entirely at your own risk and professional discretion. You acknowledge that skill acquisition varies between individuals and requires continued practice, professional judgement, and ongoing education.

4. Post-Training Support

Any post-training advice, guidance, or support offered by Amaisè Clinic is provided at our discretion only, is informal in nature, and does not form part of the contractual training service.

We do not guarantee ongoing support, mentorship, or availability, and accept no liability for any reliance placed upon post-training guidance.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Amaisè Clinic makes no representations or warranties regarding treatment outcomes, confidence levels, competence, or success following training. Results vary depending on individual ability, experience, and adherence to best practice.

6. Refund Policy

All course fees, including deposits and full payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.

This includes, but is not limited to:
•Change of mind
•Illness or personal circumstances
•Failure to attend or complete the course
•Dissatisfaction with the training
•Inability to practise following training

Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Amaisè Clinic.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending a training course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
